By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Account information: Your email address, full name, and password (encrypted) when you register.

Profile information: Username, bio, location, filmmaking role, profile photo, banner photo, movie and streaming favorites, and merchandise size preferences that you choose to provide.

Community content: Posts, comments, likes, reactions, and media (photos and videos) you share in the community feed.

Generated content: AI-generated street sign images and custom merchandise designs you create.

Social connections: Follow and follower relationships with other users.

Membership status: Your membership tier, certified member status, badge color, and payment confirmations.

Usage data: Device information, app interactions, and analytics events collected to improve the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and profile
• To display your content in the community feed and on your profile
• To process membership sign-ups, certifications, and merchandise orders
• To send newsletters, calendar updates, and magazine emails (opt-in)
• To notify you about casting opportunities, job openings, and partnership offers
• To generate AI-powered street sign images and custom merchandise designs
• To improve our content, features, and user experience
• To communicate with you about your account, orders, and support requests

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in these limited circumstances:

• Cash App: Payment confirmations for memberships, donations, and pre-orders are processed via Cash App ($hirestudents). We do not store your Cash App credentials.
• Google / OAuth providers: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from the provider.
• AI services: Images and text you submit for street sign generation and custom merch design are sent to our AI image generation provider to produce your content.
• Email delivery: We use an email service to send newsletters and account-related emails.
• Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

Your community posts, profile, and generated photos are visible to other App users according to the sharing settings you choose.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Community content and generated photos are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you. Visit your Profile and tap "Request My Data" to download your information.
• Delete: Delete your account and all associated data at any time. Visit your Profile and tap "Delete Account." This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Edit: Update or remove any profile information at any time from your Profile page.
• Opt out: Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time using the link in any email, or from your Profile settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is rated TV-MA and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
